I'm Leaving Celador Radio
I've made an extremely hard decision today to leave one of the best broadcast centres I've ever had the pleasure to work for, Celador Radio.
The station who run 106 JACK fm and The Breeze Network have given me unforgettable experiences and opportunities as a freelancer in both production, on air and on their promotions team but today, sadly, I must leave.
I've laughed, I've cried (with laughter) but I must leave the station who gave me the opportunity to produce Pat Sharp at breakfast on JACK fm, had a selfie with Sophie Ellis Bextor (pictured left) and created production for the events the station attend.
Whilst with Celador, I worked on the promotions team, covering the South Coast with JACK fm and The Breeze Events. The team there were astonishing. The friendliest and happiest bunch of promo staff that do a fantastic job as the face of the stations. The promo team boss would make it known that she was your boss but would also act as an incredibly close friend to me and other staff members and I think that kept up the teams spirits throughout shifts.
I would recommend working at Celador Radio to anyone. They are inviting, welcoming and truly brilliant, the entire team from breakfast, to news to sales and I'm extremely thankful for all that they have given me over the past 9 months since being with them.
I am incredibly sad to be leaving but at the same time, I have some great, exciting but surprising news around the corner...
